How To Make Your Own White Mocha Coffee Syrup At Home

With Valentine's Day coming up, you must be in the mood for something sweet! And what's sweeter than a decadent white mocha sauce to make a coffeehouse favorite right in your kitchen?

1 - 14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk

2 - 1/3 cup white chocolate chips (to taste - add more if you like!)

3 - (optional) milk to thin out mixture

Step 1

Heat up the sweetened condensed milk in a saucepan. If you'd like, thin it out with some milk if you like, and heat until bubbling, stirring frequently.

Step 2

Add the white chocolate chips a little at a time, stirring to melt and make sure they don't burn on the bottom of the pan. I used 1/3 cup, but you can add more if you like!

Step 3

Turn heat down, and reduce until the mixture is thick enough to coat the spoon. Pour into a container. If it seems thin, don't worry - the mixture will thicken as it cools!

At-home coffee doesn't have to be boring! Use this syrup in coffee drinks to create your own at-home white chocolate mocha syrup, adding coffeeshop style and flavor with all the comforts - and budget! of home.
